For the last week I have been staying in San Francisco. Even though I am used to making most of my own cosmetics at home when I travel sometimes I forget to pack something or it's just not suitable to take with me on the plane. When I am not using my own home made products I reach for organic products by companies I know I can trust when it comes to quality.
Something I've always loved to buy when in the US was Burt's Bees lip balms. Now that I make my own based on beeswax which are great for my lips I was no longer willing to spend money on this. But out of habit and curiosity I browsed through the aisle of Burt's Bees products. That is how I ended up buying Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions - pore refining scrub. I don't have much of an acne problem on regular bases, but once in a while, especially when I travel a lot I sometimes break out. For me this product works great so far. I think this is a good facial scrub with people with mild acne or just occasional break outs. The exfoliating beads are very gentle so I would recommend it for people with sensitive skin. The smell isn't really special, it smells a bit like something from a medicine cabinet but I like how it made my skin feel fresh, clean and no break outs so far. It contains grape seed oil, jojoba oil, willow bark extract, coconut oil, bilberry extract, and other beneficial for your skin ingredients.
